this girl just started working with me about 2 weeks ago, my type completley! she starts flirting with me insantly with playful hits and slagging/joking with playful teasing and i reply similarly..

but she has a boyfriend of two years yet she is always writing to me of facebook and i have thrown a few cocky/funny comments towards her and she replies positively.. but im just not sure how to approach this to go for the kill, i am talking to her now and here is what she is saying:

ME: yeah i wana take a shower too but i cant be arsed, here sorcha, be apal and come over and was me will yeah? sound...

HER: You do realise you'll have to strip down in front of me hahaha

Me: hey iv no prob with giving u a ticket to the 'gun show' VIP tickets will run you a lil extra though

HER: Haha gun show? Big headed much? [:P] run me a little extra through? What you'll flex for me too? [:O] [:P]

so i think she is definitley into me but im not sure what to do about the boyfriend, should i just sit back wait or what?

I hear these questions all the time. I strongly urge you to not go ahead with this one. You don't want to mess with a girl who has a boyfriend. Even if she's the one to pursue. She's obviously a flirty girl but that doesn't mean you should go for it.

To be honest, if you had great game, then you wouldn't even think about her in the first place, because you would have so many options out there already. I am not saying you have bad game, but you should continue to work on your skills and go for other girls who aren't taken. There are plenty out there. If she ever comes around and breaks up with her boyfriend, THEN go for it.

ok thanks, the conversation continued before you wrote back and it lead to her saying she is gonna end things with the boyfriend soon.. after that i just left the conversation.. ill do what you said now though, but will i keep flirting back when she intitiates it?

Until she is truly broken up with her boyfriend, then go for it. Watch out though, because 2 years and getting out of a relationship is a long time.
