went out to the movies with some friends and some new people last night, and im not sure but i think i wanna see one of the new ones again...

over the course of the night i think she gave me a couple IOIs, and i gave her some too without even noticing until after.
when she was talking to the friend sitting next to me on the train (she was across from us) for a while, i turned away and stared out the window to see if she started talking to me again. she did but it took a while.

i didnt get a number, but i did find out that she lives in my apartment block (dont know which room)

i wanna know how i should arrange to see her again?

i would not say that you need an 'excuse' to see her again it just sounds weird to be honest.

In your situation i would try to get her number off the mate that brought you two together or some how contact her, build up some rapport through texting or emailing or however and then arrange to meet her. its easy enough to talk to a girl when your alone

i have her on facebook, that should work yeah? i dont know how much she uses it
is there any game thats good over the internet? or should i stick with normal stuff?

I would use FB and talk to her really plain and simple...how was your weekend and start joking around with her then go with the flow...talk to her a couple of times see how she responds find out what she is interested in and then arrange for u and her to go out depending on how the whole story goes...

If you aren't feeling confident that you can make things move faster through facebook i would try to avoid it. If you think you may have misread a signal then finding her number off someone else or finding her on facebook might seem a little creepy. If you think there will be another situation in which you can see her naturally then i would wait for that, unless it's a long way away.
However, if you are confident that you can step it up on facebook then go ahead. Also, while on facebook you could pretend you are on your phone's facebook and the messenger is malfunctioning. Then you could say something like "is there any other way we can talk?". Either she will arrange a meeting or give you her number, either is good. I tend to find girls get closer to people they text or call rather than facebooking so even if the conversation doesnt change much youll stand out among the other facebooking AFCs.
