Ok, you have this girl, she's not a one-itis, she really has reasons for you to think she would be right for a LTR.

But for some reasons, you want to move on and forget about her.

Which are the best strategies to do so? I've tried many but every date I go with I think "the other one is better at this, this and that".

Thanks for your help!

In my humble opinion the best way to go about this is to cut any communication you have with this girl. Delete phone numbers, unfriend and block from FB, SPAM, MSN, just erase anything that reminds you of her.

Then just go out and have fun, enjoy yourself, meet women and ofcourse there are other women out there that you will find good looking, good persons and you will fall in love with someone for a LTR.

Just move on both mentally and physically by cutting her off completely and by dating and having fun. Eventually someone will stand up to your standards!

^^This.

Once you create a connection with a new girl, that old little "infatuation" you had with that one girl will magically disappear.

It's sound like you are trying to move on too quickly. Just go out with your friends for a few days and have fun before you think about other women.
