I went to the city today and saw some amazing women. And I always find an excuse not to go up and start talking and picking them up. Usually it is " I'm comfortable where I am now". But I challenged myself and ALL WILLING PARTICIPATES to go for it and make no excuse.

Give yourself no excuse or reason to back out.
Get into conversation with women and get that date organized.

One week or 7 days of challenge. Find the courage inside yourself and get the result. A girl everyday for 7 days.

I make an effort to live my life without excuses. Excuses are something the mind uses to keep you stagnant, because when you continue to follow the same pattern, your mind knows that you are safe.
