Newbie Guide

Well if this is your first time working on the PUA site and doing this stuff no matter the age then please read carefully. I am not a PUA Guru, or AFC but I am a member who has been doing this for a bit of time. The first thing I recommend people to do is write down a list of things they want to change and then frame this or keep it safe so you can see it every day. This list will help you note things you want to improve and never let you forget it so you can work towards it. People in general don't work towards a goal and its your job to set a goal and work towards it. To get over your AFC lifestyle I recommend looking up top NLP books to get yourself over this lifestyle. I have listed one and their are others out their so purchase the books to get help!

**PLEASE DON'T TORRENT THESE BOOKS OR OBTAIN THEM ILLEGALLY PURCHASE FULL COPIES AS THESE STUFF OF INEXPENSIVE WAYS OF IMPROVING YOURSELF WITHOUT PAYING AN ARM AND A LEG!!**

I recommend you to read these books in the order listed:

Magic Bullet by Perry Rose
Mystery Method by Mystery
Rules of the Game by Neil Strauss

People start with the book the game by Neil Strauss but personally myself its pretty outdated it’s a waste of 10$ and has no real value but rather a reenactment of the PUA stuff from the words of Neil (Styles). Keep it simple and get yourself more updated with more current stuff. The books listed read them in that order as it will take you through a journey whereby the NLP from Perry Rose novel would change you to being more motivate in life overall then approaching by Mystery that structures all sets allowing you to have an idea on how to interact with women with structured approaches and ending with the 30 day challenge a structured schedule to getting over being AFC to becoming a PUA.


The other things I would note is that don’t take things personally and DONT post on this forum with topics listed as follow:

She won’t text me what do I do?
She canceled on first date?
What to text her so we can go on first date?
What to talk about on the phone

Etc……

The post's listed above has no benefit for you or anyone it just shows up as being total AFC. Most of those comments get answered by the books you read and knowledge you obtain from practicing.

Listen work it out yourself and use the material given its all about the practice not the formula of doing it. Don’t let a flaked date or late text get to you, go on to the next person and approach them and move on! Don't take things personally and once you read Magic Bullet you will come to realize its built into your neurological mind that being unsuccesful and whimpy has been a pattern of disbelief throughout your whole life by the way your raised. Have the mindset to just literally number close everything. Even if you got a number of a women work towards the next one and so forth till you feel satisfied that one of them will never leave you and that can be reliable future with them.

The other thing is don’t use the PUA stuff as being your only way out of an unsuccessful life. Its about a full 360 degree turn for you to be successful at anything. It starts with making money, then dressing nicely, being educated, working out and being physically fit, having a social life apart from PUA then all this put together + more you will become a PUA Guru as women will notice these changes and become intrigued in you overall as you will display a more positive energy.
