I will start making sure that I am not looking at the pavement when I am walking. I should be looking at the SKY.

I shook hands with everyone in the kebab shop last night. The guys that had their backs turned, touched their shoudler. Said hello to some female sets. It is best to say hello quikly, before the other guys think I am a creepy guy in a kebab shop. Also shook hands with 4 guys coming out of a car. I am happy that I am utilising all my time now. To instill muslce memory. All those shakes were non verbal short interactions.

Kind of funny now. Now that I am remembering the names of more people in the gym. I am motivated to go more often.

I have been on PUA hate. It says there that looks are 90 % attraction. Bearing this in mind gromming and weight loss are important factors. This does not mean that one does not bother learning anything, only that physical health is important. I have been so addicted to this self learning that I had at times totally not gone to the gym. 100% of learning time was in doing this. Most guys I have met, have at least not been fat, and had grooming down to 100%. This means they have been the best they can be in terms of appearence. I have to say that I have been a bit too occupied with the fatty aspects of my life. I will end this with saying that I saw a few male models who I got talking to, who were scared to talk to women. Yes I asked them for business cards. They were professional male models. They lacked the 10% of game that was needed. I envied them, they envied me.

For two years I have gone out inspite of being fat. Only now do I feel self conscious, thinking "I'm I gonna be seen as the fat guy". I believed that confidence was all that mattered.

Will be getting guys to film me in set. So I can judge my body language, tonality, pausing, kino, and talking ability. Hopefully this will sharpen my skills. Also give me an idea of how I am recieved in set. However I must be filmed to get a true picture.

Now lost 20 pounds of fat from 50 pounds of fat target. Will take 6 months to lose the 30 pounds of fat left.

met up with jackal today and we did some daygame for an hour... wasnt sure wat to expect as it was my first time meeting him. previously i had met up with a few other pua's from this forum. they were mostly intraverted, not confidence and yes u guessed it... the indirect type. their best approach when we went out would be asking someone for directions then walking off. when i met jackal i saw that he was the opposite, like me he loved direct game, and he had an amazing ability to attract people and make their day. i adopted his energy and mindset and approach a rather attractive girl with it... i couldnt believe how well it worked,, she couldnt stop smiling and laughing, i put an overwheliming amount of attraction energy and power into the interaction so much so that i actually couldnt controll it and i started making mistakes in my sentences so i didnt finish up... but if i can learn how to control that energy and speak fluently, i can deffinately take my game up to the next level!!

Field report

hello everyone its been while since I made post but try to make up for it.

In last two days me and JACKAL met up in town to do an hour of intence pickup . This good because it forces me not to wast to much time in field. While we walking along JACKAL was meeting and greeting everyone around us and he ask me to do same. At first I was a bit apprehensiveness because I felt strange greeting people I have never met before but soon felt convertible with idea once i got positive responses. Outside Bullring JACKAL pointed at a sets for me to approach. I was hesitating but with warm reponse I got from random greeting I felt confident. I approach few sets but the interaction didnt last more than two min. However I have expected this happen because this usually occurred when you take brake you need time get your mojo back. There were two memorable approache which i am happy about.

One of them being was initiated by JACKAL when talking to this guy and he explaining to him how simple it is interaction with people he to illustrate the point by telling me approach the hot milf with babe carrier. I went straight business. The second approach of the was probably the most courageous thing every done. There large group of girls having picnic and jackal told me go over there and say “ hey ladies I am beautiful man on the planet, would anyone of you like autograph”. The outcome was expected but it was good boost.

improvements for the future

There a fundamental aspect from game which missing and I finnally understand what is. When I see pua like DIAMOND do an approach I notice they enthesiatic and sincere express them self's which I realise is what I need to incoperate it my game if want any sucesses in this. Another consistent problem I have I that I still speed up my speech when I feel anxious. the JACKAL advice me that I should take a deep breath and than when i exhale speak, this is slow down speech in the interaction and also makes voice more cleaner and understandable .

JACKAL and I met up in town and we started off doing the random meet and greet we did last time . The difference was this time JACKAL told me to focus on my vocal projection so to catch the attention from people in town. The way we practice this is that JACKAL walked five steps behind me so to make sure that me vocal projections was consistently sounded strong and assertive.

After that found that I had some really good reactions form the sets I later on that day. An example of this was this first set did which was black girl seating at the bus stop with headphones. My approach was not much different to what I usually do except I spoke bit louder and clear. I think that why I was getting such positive response from her which lead nice conversation. The weird thing happened in that set in the others was that I didn't expect such positive response just ejected. I need remember what JACKAL taught me A.B.C always be closing.

Things to improve for next time

I need to commit 100% into the sets that I am in. My usual excuse for not committing to sets is because I feel am making the girl feel uncomfortable. The reason why the girl feels uncomfortable is because she's reflecting what she is seeing which is a guy who's out of his comfort zone. So the next I make sure I keep my emotions in check . I also must keep focusing on the clarity of my voice which fluctuates when I get nervous .
