What happens when people go out? they usually get dressed in nice clothes, but they look stiff because they are not used to wearing them.
Biggest example of this is when people wear Tuxedos. How often do you wear them?
Prolly not often enough to look like you wear them everyday.
it's the same when going ion an interview, you wear nice dress clothes and shoes that are not your everyday clothes, and you walk in stiff.
The end result is it affects your comfort level when you are not comfortable.
One trick somebody taught me was to wear whatever clothes you would typically wear when sarging, and wear them all week long. Put them on and walk around your place and sit on your couch, and wear them as if they are jeans.
What will happen is you get so comfortable wearing the cool threads or dress threads, that you will appear like you are so comfortable in them, and that reflects on other people.
You will look more confident, more comfi in your own skin, and relaxed. When you look and act relaxed, you can have a better rapport with women.
Main point. Dont buy a new shirt and pants, and wear it out the same night after just pulling off the tags. Wear them till it feels like you aint wearing anything.

Personally, I had to dress up every day when I was teaching and would then go to work afterwards followed by going out, all in the same clothes. Got me very comfortable with being the only person at work/out that was dressed up in comparison to the college crowd that was wearing jeans and a t shirt.
