Hey ya'll, it's been a while since I've been in the game (I just got out of a LTR). Anyways, the other night my boys and I went out to a few bars and I got a girl's number. I'd say she's at least an 8. It went really smoothly, we had fun and I was touching her a lot (hand on the lower back, her legs, etc.). So, I got her number and then left with my boys to another bar.

I texted her the next day asking, "who was that cute guy you met last night?" and from there we texted about 10 times total throughout the day (I made sure not to text too often, maybe every hour/hour and a half). We've been flirting through text for a couple of days but I'm not sure how to escalate it from here to get a day 2 since I'm pretty rusty.

Here's our latest text conversation:

Me: Who was that cute guy you met last night?

Her: Haha, some guy throwing up all those signs! Yeah, he was pretty cute!

Me: He looked like a g throwing those up though, be careful!

Her: Uh oh! He sounds like trouble!

Me: I have a feeling that you wouldn't mind getting into trouble with him -- you did go to ASU after all!

Her: Yeah....I think I'm up for a little trouble!

Me: Fantastic. I'm planning on robbing a bank - you shooting or driving?

Her: I think I'll drive for this one! Tell me when and I'll go steal us a BADASS car!

Me: HA, I'm thinking we should take the money to Vegas, blow it all, and get married by Elvis!

Her: Married in a chapel...by Elvis?! You're so sweet! After we can go to the fanciest Motel 6 and request the honeymoon suite with the heart shaped water bed!

Me: A heart shaped water bed, huh? Sounds like you know what you're doing here! No wonder you know about the shocker [inside joke from the bar]. Don't worry though girl, I'd at LEAST take you to a Holiday Inn!

Her: HAHA! You're such a gentleman! They even clean the beds there!

Basically, the conversation went pretty well and based on the texting and the time in the bar, things seem to be going pretty smoothly. I'm just not sure what direction to go from here. She sent the last text and I haven't responded. How long should I wait before trying to meet up with her? It's been 5 days since we met.

Hmm...well we met on Sunday, texted Monday/Tuesday, didn't talk to her today (Wednesday) because I was legitimately busy at work (I work at a law firm). Is there a tactful way to ask to meet up? I'm not sure how to do it without being awkward -- I'm rusty, admittedly. LOL.

Okay from your text convo, one can clearly tell that she's into you, so you must've impressed her on your initial meet up. And don't tell me you didn't get her hint in that last text. It's Obvious Dude.

Anyway enough with the roleplay shit, though it's fun, it's time to invite her out.
I'd go with the playful vibe and say something like :
"lol they better clean the beds i have a feeling it's really gonna be dirty when we leave... anyway i hope ur scedule looks good, cause im down for an adventure tomorrow"

and procede from there.

but that's then. now..... 5 days dude? you really tick fast don't you?

just be like, "yo the craziest shit happened today!" she'll answer for sure (cusriosity killed the cat). then you can go about it the way the previous poster said, or you can just tell her, "meet me at..... at 7. i'll tell you then." or tell her some bullshit and go, "fyi, i'm taking you out today. 7pm at....." you get the drift.

Hey guys, thanks for the responses. Like I said, I'm rusty so it may seem a little weird that I don't know how to proceed haha. I'll go with your advice -- I'm thinking of waiting to respond to her until later today and then telling her to meet me up tomorrow night since it's Friday. Thanks again ya'll.

I texted her this about an hour ago (3 PM PST), based on the advice above:

"Lol they better clean the beds it's really gonna be dirty when we leave hey I hope your schedule looks good I'm planning a heist for tomorrow!"

I'm waiting for a response. If she doesn't respond, it's really whatever but it'd be nice if she did!
