Should eye contact always be kept with your target until he looks away for sexually letting her know that it is on? What else does strong eye contact show about yourself?

Eye's are the most power thing in the human body. When you make eye contact without breaking it that just shows that your a confident guy. So when your making eye contact with a girl if she hold that eye contact she is instantly attracted to you. There is a 3 sec rule though. When making eye contact with a girl and she doesn't break it. Say "HI" or you can even give it a wink with a smile on your face(I love doing that). But when your making eye contact with a girl make sure your not a creeper and not saying anything after 10 sec of starring at her.

Would you say it's a very very strong indicator of interest , more than asking your name or a hair toss?

Salut! its calibration, sometimes they ask you for your name just to be polite or they look at you probably because they thought you were a friend. I would say when they ask you for your name would be a stronger IOI (in some situations). You have to calibrate, most of the time the eye contact comes with a smile (could be the strongest IOI for me), or if she breaks the eye contact looking down that means that she wants to be approach.
