Alright so about 2 days ago I number closed a girl I work with. I had met and talked with her for a bit before this and got what I thought were major IOI's.

I.e. - Caught her looking at me a few times, actively try to talk to me, positive body language and a little kino. So I sent her a text just to touch base before asking for a meet up. She never responded though.

So I'm confused. The signs were all there so maybe I put the number in wrong? If I assume this teain of thought should I add her on facebook and send a quick message?

Do you think I should still do this even if I'm going to see her within a couple days due to work?
