i disagree with the hooker part. unless you are fucking her because you got her around, it won't help you. i beleive fucking hookers for cash can actually decrease a man's appeal, because of it's impact on overall confidence. he knows he did not get laid because he is attractive to her. he may then carry that frame into his interactions with other women.
the reasoning behind this is that i don't think women know when you're having sex. what they sense is the confidence you get when you're having sex. it's subtle, but they can tell the difference on some subconcious level.
