Hey guys,

This entire underground community is brand new to me... I took up pick-ups as a hobby a few years back and do fairly well without much planning other than remembered patterns that subconsciously stir up certain responses (I've never documented any of it). I guess I'm to a certain extent, what this community calls a "natural." Talking to women and responding correctly, as well as understanding human emotion and response intuitively, is a strength.

When I found out there were seminars/conventions from these guys who are supposed to be far and above the masters of the game, I signed up (why not? the location is nearby, I could drive there in an hour or so).

Shortly after, I purchased the first book by Neil Strauss that I'm sure you've all read. Well, two chapters in, he's referencing these conferences as something for the socially inept, awkward, total failures. I was under the impression that people of this magnitude would be teaching advanced insights, theories, and more complex complex concepts. Is this incorrect? Did I sign myself up for classes for the awkward and inept?

Thanks in advance.

I wont link the convention for privacy purposes as well as to not come anywhere near the advertising rule.
