i have a super-amog close friend, hot guy, shawn who is always interrupting and after that taking over my set. last week we went outing with a group of friends together and there is my ex classmate(hb9) which i'm interested in. i lead the group with dhv stories, routines and some games. everthing was going smoothly, i got IOIs from the target. then shawn came over with and teased me, talked about our high school stories, followed by using dhv stories of his. there were a few times when i tried to take control over the set but to no avail. the group were all focusing on shawn. and i, together with some of my beta ex male classmates were like stupid sitting down there and listening to shawn the whole outing. i've got some techniques to deal with amogs but i din't use them because shawn is a close friend of mine, like a brother and i din't want to embarrass him in front of the group so i kept my mouth shut the whole outing because i wouldn't get my set back.
P.S shawn is super-amog, but he doesn't know about pick up. he's like a natural and i don't want him to know i learned pickup.

can anyone give me a solution on this?

That's a tough problem, i have a couple natural friends as well. I was a natural as well back in the States but since i moved over to england and theres a big culture difference and the way they speak difference, i've had to kinda restart and get culturally acclimated. Anyways, enough of me, let's get some answers for you, i've got a few possible solutions.

If you don't want to emberass the friends, you'll need to work fast and isolate the target real quick. This will help because it's one on one and it's clear you're doing your thing. If your friend comes over and cockblocks you, he'll look like a dick considering it's obvious you're interested in that girl.

Secondly, you could use body positioning and lock him out of the set (assuming it's a 1 set). That wouldn't be too emberassing would it?

Finally, if you're both already in the group and he's got the attention, up your energy. I always do this in big group things where i just go BOOM and explode with energy, making all the girls play games, going kino, teasing, loads of fun stuff like that right out of the blue. Like im on a sugar rush or on coke (Obviously not though). This always gets the attention on me, i have time to pull off a few quick moves and isolate the target as well as me having the choice of who my target is because i become the center of attention and the most fun/entertaining guy to be around with.
