well, she texted me and I told her that if she lets her friends know that i sell these, if she sells them for $100, I can give her $40 commission. Or if she sells for $80, I can give her $30.

I would say nothing. this doesn't seem really conducive to gaming.
if you really feel the need for a closure, something along the lines of "get it. well, that's nice of you to be considerate" works. but I would leave it at that. let her chase.
