The most powerful thing I heard three weeks ago was mentioned by a guy I was talking to on the street and his words were "Look around us, everything around us is first started by our thoughts". This statement got me thinking to what was really going on in my own head, and what I discovered was shocking at first but I learned how to laugh it off instead.

I started to look at my own thoughts about women whom I was sexually attracted to and I wanted to be as honest as I could towards myself and this is what I discovered.

My thought pattern in the first thirty seconds of seeing a beautiful woman.

Is she sexually attracted to me?
Does she care how I will perform in bed?
What would my friends think of her?
Man my room is a mess and if she comes around shes going to see it.
If she came around my SPAM will be asking questions and busting my balls for it.
Wow she is gorgeous, look at her eyes
Is she attracted to me? her eyes just lit up

Now this is all ridiculous, but these are what was going on in my head.
The impact was that these thoughts were controlling my performance in interacting with a beautiful woman, woman sensed these thoughts through body language and tonality. I noticed the difference in my body language, tonality and my responses to woman after reading my own thought patterns.

Anyway I saw a possibility of changing my thought pattern from what I had to someone who is confident and secure of what they wanted. The result is I feel more confident with the thought of "Fuck she is hot! Im definitely getting her number"
