A. OPENING
Lets take for example, the opinion opener in a store like "Which perfume smells better? A or B?" "Which cookies should I take? Vanilla or chocolate?" "Which bubble gums?"
Taken under consideration that women love when men take the lead or know what to do, can this be percepted as demonstration of lower value?
Also, the difference between "Which cookies should I take, A or B?" and "I can't decide which cookies to take, A or B?"
Do I take too much DLV risk with opening by asking for help from the view I can't decide on something?
B. Midgame
Same as the above, only in a situation when you have already spent some time with HB.
"Do you want plate or bowl? Spoon or fork? "
I know form my experiences that "Where should we go?" should be asked almost NEVER, but what on this basic, trivial stuff? I caught myself asking a lot of this questions, and ended up waiting for her to make up her mind. I usually notice this once i've already done the damage and asked the question so I try to get the control back (If she chooses plate, I say "I think bowl will work better" and I give her the bowl)
To be specific, if I choose the location, should I let her choose the colour of napkins when we go to the store (well I probably shouldn't insist on an icecream flavour she doesn't like)
What are your views on that?

Opening with something extreme like "hey, lets have some anal sex later" is gonna get you blown out, unless if you have the personality to back it up. But it will also hook the best if it does.
Mid game is a lot different. You have to lead in the right situation like where you guys are going and what you guys are doing. For example, if your taking her out for dinner, pick the place, but let her order what she want. Exception where you would order for her would be taking her to a restaurant for a specific dish she has to try. But when doing this, she has to know that.
If you make little decision for her, like picking a spoon or fork, your gonna come across as a weirdo.
