So I have a job at a local church where I basically do random crap (I'm like the handy man).

Today in the dining hall area there was a a coffee sale going on and basically it was a bunch or really old people and one HB (a volunteer is my guess).

She was in a group of old people but giving me eye contact. Then she went around putting flowers on all the tables so when she walked past I asked if those were for me and gout a laugh. I had to leave to do some stuff and only saw her when she was already leaving so I waved good bye.

Any suggestions on how I could get a number next time this sorta thing happens?

Also, what do you pro guys do when you/her are with family and/or are in a restricted place (at work or church).

You need to strike up a conversation with her. Just go right up to her and introduce yourself, if you are looking for a topic to start it off with, ask her about her volunteering. Odd's are if she is a good girl,( the type that volunteers) she will be very friendly. You need to at least get into her world, and assess her reactions to you and your conversation before you try to get a phone number or a date.

During your conversation, build some comfort then start to show some interest through verbalizing it and with your body language. If she responds well and you are feeling a good vibe then by all means ask her out or ask for her number.

Keep it polite and PG rated, you never know what extreme you will get with church girls.
