Hi! I have quite many moles on my chest and back. Otherwise im fit and good looking, but my moles damage my self esteem. Especially when I'm on the bech without a shirt.
Do you have any suggestions for this problem? Should i just ignore my moles and hope they dont mind girls or should i try to cover them up with makeup?
I could also surgically remove them but it would leave quite bad scars because my skin scars easily.

I had a similar problem when I was younger. I have a mole right below my chest and whenever I would take my shirt off while hooking up it would always cross my mind that a girl is going to say something. No, never happened. Half of them would end up kissing it. It's a natural thing to have. Imagine if you were overly obese, that shit would suck much more.

Then again, I try to have the mentality that every girl is lucky to be with me. You have to show that it doesn't bother you one bit. If it does, everybody can sense that.

My old social psych teacher and now good friend every semester assigned a project where for one day you'd have to do a socially deviant thing. Something that would make everybody turn around as you're passing by and say this guy is fucking weird. People would do that, but within 10 seconds they would go by and that's it. Nothing happens after that. They forget about your deviant action and never remember it again. Try to do this, it really liberates your mind. PEOPLE JUST DON'T NOTICE YOU AS MUCH AS YOU THINK THEY DO was the lesson of this whole thing.

This same professor wore the same exact clothing every day to prove this point. We all realized that he did this ONLY on the last day of the project when he told us.

cant you just get them zapped? Hell chicks have marks all over their bodies they just conceal them with makeup or clothes...you aren't the first nor last to have skin imperfections.

You just have to own it bro, I've never met anyone with any imperfections but I have met people who let there imperfections damaging how they view themselves following how they view others. Accept it for what it is, you have a few moles, who the hell cares? No one girl is thinking, " wow he has moles" while you're talking to them, there thoughts are more like " I hope he doesn't notice the scar on my cheek". Peoples thoughts revolve around themselves 9 times out of 10. So they aren't paying you much mind even when it appears they are looking at you. Own it, you have it accept it, say fuck it an move on. You still have to live in you're body regardless of what you look like so I don't see the point of being embarrassed by it. Thats why i am always confident no matter what my situation is because it is a choice. Its either you are going to be sad and depressed about what you look like or you are going to take it for what it is an be confident in it. I can't imagine how it makes sense to do anything else.

Thanks! I appreciate your thoughts and they really helped me. From now on I'm going to live my life and just accept the fact that i happen to have moles. I think you also got a good point there that if i show that I'm embarrased of my moles the girls are going to notice it and it will lower my value. However if i act like they dont bother me at all, it's likely that girls dont mind about them either.
To be honest i cannot even remember any situation where someone would have made a comment on them or changed their attitude towards me after they have seen me shirtless.

But anyway thanks for the help. So far this forum has been great!

If the moles are universally considered hideously get that shit fixed. Zap them, or stop taking your shirt off and gaming at the beach.
