Whenever a hb flirts with me or does some thing positive etc. i get way to excited and happy. I'm disgusted at myself for behaving this way. She is just a woman and nothing special. how can i feel like i don't care and I have choices.

Sounds a little desperate to me. Anyway, you just have to learn that you don't really earn women; you get to choose them. Become selfish. Thinking like this should help, hopefully.

This is just natural. You sound like you don't have alot of experience getting HBs. You can use mental discipline, but if you are really inexperienced then its just going to have to run its course until you become a less "green pua"

My bad, i meant to also say that if you know that this will happen you can plan around it as with anything you know will happen
