I turned 21 two weeks ago...my girlfriend broke up with me two days before my birthday and to be honest that whole week wasn't a good one. So I thought a lot, a LOT and after enough reading and browsing around I found this site yesterday. I'm back today because I think this place has a lot of good information--not just on picking up girls but information to better myself for any social interaction.
Pickup methods? I like to talk easily and be witty...and not get caught in the friend zone.
I enjoy playing guitar, working on cars, reading about design and other cool niches in life.
I'm currently in pharmacy school and will be a pharmacist in a few years, going to be shooting for a residency so I can work in a hospital...maybe I'll try going out to Vegas or California for residency so I can experience something new before moving there long-term.
Years ago I was terrible with talking to girls and people in general, over time things just sort of cooled off and now I'm relatively comfortable. I just haven't developed all of my potential skills yet. Yet.
Did I mention that I live in Michigan? I'm not sure where to get out to meet people. The bars seem trashy and the malls are loaded with jailbait. It's a very family-oriented state with few young people stepping out on their own. I cannot wait to move to Grand Rapids for the 3rd year of school though.
