what kind of stuff can u recommend me to do ?? any advice at all where to start??

After the link from the Captain (which is good advice btw), i would suggest you read Mode one. Cant think of the author SPAM, but ill look it up. Just like the link, you need to be up for it. Its doing or not doing. Trying is not an option.

Work on yourself. Start realizing that the outcome should be that you go for what you want. You dont fear for going after what you want. If you let yourself get too involved into the outcome (whether it is positive or negative outcome) you will start messing things up, going stupid on emotions. I am not saying to eliminate emotions. I am saying: Make sure you are prepared when they come to start messing with your head.

Also, when you have freed yourself from the 'i want to fuck that woman' outcome, you will realize that any technique described in no matter what valid pua book, has a total different meaning. those techniques, who seemed shallow or stupid at first, gain more depth. That is the position you want to be in.

I am not sure if that last block is clear enough, i find it hard to describe what i really mean .

Flake on the rebound girl and hang out with the other, again to go and then text her later on tonight and say " Hey my friend came in from out town, i can't make it but lets set up something for another time" and the don't reply back to her until the next day. Thiis will keep her on her toes in anticipation because,she originally thought you would cancel anything just to spend time with her.

Every step is important mate and if you want the rebound girl drooling over you this is the way to do.

Step 1: Agree to hang out with her.

Step 2: Cancel with: "Hey my friend came in from out town, we'll hang another day"

Step 3: Don't reply to any text she sends you for the rest of the day and preferably until after you finishing hanging out with the new girl the next day. The rebound girl will be sending you multiple text messages and will be scared and afraid she is going to lose you.

Step 4. Sleep with her again

I hope you can handle you're emotions enough execute this plan. Every single step is important mate, let me know how it goes
