Well luck plays a role, no doubt, but if you think you;re going to win consistsently reading body language you are a noobie as they come.
Great poker players dont rely on "reading eyes" like kenny rogers the gambler. Poker is a game of numbers, the more cpacity you have to hold information and dissect probablities while sitting at a table playing, the better you will be.
Reading does not work on anybody that knows what they are doing, and I question if it works at all, if you wanna be good at poker be a good mathimatecian and play with zero emotional influences. The greats show no emotion. not because they dont want to be read, but because there is no room for emotion in a logical game
Let's try this again:
Everyone gives off signals. I look for reactions that last an 1/8th of a second, these are called microexpressions. The reaction you can't control. You don't seem to understand enough about body language for me to get into this. You don't understand people well enough either to do this so I wouldn't worry about it. I don't think your intelligent enough to balance both at a poker table.
And yes I've wrecked numbers players several times. I said I have learned the science of poker if you would have read ANY of my post.
By the way I was a better player when I based my thoughts on their body language.
I've never once met someone that had zero emotional influence. I am charismatic, I get them to have emotion positive even then I get to notice a negative change in their behavior when something happens(missing straight or flush). Everyone reacts you don't seem to get it. Everyone does. When you hit a set your heart skips a beat regardless of how many times you've had one.
I'd love to play you just so I can tell you all of your tells, show you how much you give up. From just touching your card to glancing at the pot, it all means something to me. You think I look for regular stuff, I look for stuff that you can't control, no choice. I look for your limbic system reaction.
You are crazy if you think I can't read you. There are maybe 5 people I've seen I couldn't read (including guys on TV- only the most experienced ones), people are easy to read when you understand and reading body language.
I'm going to say something you will hate. The best players in the world play with emotion, controlled emotion. They DECIDE based off how they feel not based off of what's right. This is a basic human trait and you have no choice on that, decisions are always made by emotion(even a small amount or not detecting it).
I have a feeling I'd cut you up on a poker table based off of your language you are transparent(most people are), and play logical.... I'd likely wreck you. I play a stage above you if I'm not mistaken. I think of what you think I have and how you'd play me. I'm probably not someone you want in a poker room with you.
