Not really sure what is considered a natural. I had slept with 35+ women by the time i was 23 dated 3 models and 2 strippers (which i met outside strip clubs, i HATE strip clubs). However i never thought i had game. That makes sense. Or maybe i had some game mid-game and closers and but didn't even realize i was doing it. Looking back tho i think my frame was very very good so i had high value without having to do anything.
