So I went to a local country pub earlier on today which was fairly empty. There was just two barmaids working, more notably a HB8, so I thought I'd chance it. I ordered my drink and had a minor conversation with her, this mainly being about the emptiness of the pub and such. I took a seat and rang my brother (who I hadn't spoken to in about two weeks.)

Basically, my question is this ... Obviously she is attracted to me, and I will go up there for about half 10, but how do I go about things?! Is it worth dressing up to a, say, Friday Night Sarging standard? Or just go casual?

Well hes asking specifically how to f=close her. It will take care of itself but he can also fuck it up. My advise is to escalate very quickly. Starting with minor touching, and escalate fast to a kiss fast like within 30 mins.
