19 year old HB 8.5-9, I am a few years older and have extremely high social proof in the workplace (at least 10-12 women think I am gorgeous and are quite vocal). When she is in the room, every time I seem to be the center of attention as well with multiple people.

- During conversation about careers she asked me how old I was
-Asked me if I had a long term girlfriend, I didnt reply and kept speaking with someone else, then asked me again
-Asked me how my other job was without me bringing it up, and justified asking by saying "i remember you told me you were a _____"
-Asks me what time I work till
-Says "your LEAVING!" after I said bye to two women next to her
-I saw her outside of work at the store, we talked, then at work the next day asked me how my shopping went and said she'll see me there again jokingly, then told another person she saw me there as I walked away. Keep in mind I had another girl with me at the time, probably a 6... the HB yelled HEY! from 20 meters away when she could have walked past us in public (my back was turned). It is also assumed at work that I have a girlfriend currently. I have recently broken up with her, though. She made no mention of the girl with me when we spoke after this.

Stop looking for IOIs.

Seriously...no idea why guys get clung to IOIs as if they will "make it easier." Fact is unless a woman is licking her tongue in a sexual way, most "IOIs" can be from a social/friendly setting. It doesn't mean she's INTO you in that way or is even receptive to it. Just do it and see where it goes.

I can't say that they haven't been reliable in the past

He's completely right man, all this time spent analyzing behavior is time wasted; when you could just be making moves to find out for a fact if she wants you. Honestly seconding guessing wether a women is giving IOI's or not is unattractive anyway. A women wants a man that is assertive and jumps at action the moment she shows the slightest interest. Her attention could fall on someone else while you're posting on the forums. I honestly interpret everything as an IOI, if I'm a coffee shop and a girl coughs, i just assume she did that because she wanted me to look at her and then I go approach. I don't care if a women walks one foot after the other, i say she's doing it because she wants me. And i act accordingly

I see her once a week for a few moments only, and usually we aren't alone. I'm not wasting any time. The next time I see her (saturday this week) I will be going for the digits. I have a whole freaking week.
