I think he means if you're not on a date but rather the chick you're checking out notices that you're checking her out.

If that's what you mean, personally I have this thing I'm known for doing in a lot of situations. I lift my head up (nod up) similar to acknowledging someone that you know, smile, and raise my lower lip up. I am not sure how to explain the last part but it's sort of like putting your lips in a "kissing" position without bringing them inward from the sides.

I do that for a lot of situations, however. I don't know if that has any effect on gaming but I am pretty satisfied with doing that. It seems playful to most girls.
