Before I went to University I read up on nutrition and believed I had the knowledge to start going to the gym and become healthier looking. When I started to see results I told myself to stick with it and see how far I could get. I looked the best I had ever looked but more importantly I felt an amazing sense of pride and achievement. I don't want a body-builder's physique. I would ultimately like to be healthy. What I've found is that by becoming healthy my body also changes for the better.

I started on 1st September 2010 (my first week of University) and after picture was taken on the 1st June 2012, Just after my second year at University.

Please check out my transformation video.

Thanks. I'm happy to answer any questions about my transformation.

Before: 147 lbs (67kg)
After: 176 lbs (80kg)

That's good, but I don't think there's a Gay section here.

Dude good work. I'm not as ripped as you are but I'd like to be. In any case good job doing this for yourself. Not sure why it was posted in a pick up forum...but I think you're saying its essentially a process you didn't give up on and no one else should give up on the pick up process similarly.

You don't have to bulk first to cut. Don't post this stuff on here man...not because its wrong but because there are a bunch of butt holes on here that only will discourage your progress. Keep working hard.

Do you just keep random pictures of fit dudes on your harddisk, so you can post them whenever you feel challenged?

3% BF, at least 2x your size...ya...that's a gut you see ;) I'm showing you a real body (mine), compared to your scarecrow/bird-legged body. Seriously you need to do some squats, scrawny legs are a turn-off for most women.

PS. I've never touched HGH, nor roids, the most 'unnatural' thing I've ever taken is creatine monohydrate and whey protein. I'm all natural, just awesome genes and education.

All I'd have to do is stand in front of you in the gym for a total eclipse to occur. Unfortunately for your case, you can't out-train ugly with your George W. sad looking excuse for a mug.

Sorry, couldn't hear you over the crowds of people clapping at all the competitions I've won.

Must feel menacing being in the small pond...
