I was texting a girl today and asked her to go bowling and get a smoothie afterwards next week. She was saying how she was out yesterday at an ice cream shop with her guy friend and I said, wow I wish I were a girl and got a ton of free stuff, when she responded I paid for my own :p! I then said oh why? And she stated that it wasn't a date. I then said oh so your buying stuff for me next week right (kinda jokingly idk if she got that) when she said no ours isn't a date :p

Did I just find out that I'm friendzoned and anyway to game her to get this into a date or a future date? While I like having friends I don't really wanna spend a night out with just a friend.
