You're totally right. I think we all suffer some AA or 'Bitch butterflies' but the only way to get over it is to man up and accept that if you don't man up and change things, you'll always get the sames results.
A trick I did was to get some friends together and we would just approach girls with the idea of just to have fun with it and make it funny, this was inspired by watching Simple Pickup's videos and the game we played was 'Go' which I think they came up with, they post on YouTube and they just say ridiculous crap to open any girl, but have fun and that's what my game is all about.
