I have dated other girls after this one but i was a little needy back then with her and when we went out i was acting kinda like a pussy.
But nothing bad hapoened. She just lost interest in me over time so I did my own thing and started dating other girls.
But I've changed a lot. even if i got a long way to go.
I wanna show her i changed and try again and if it doesn't work out, I'll just move on.
What should I do about this?

The best thing to do is be genuine and not validation seeking or needy.
Before you do something ask yourself if what you are doing requires her validation to make yourself feel good about it, or do you feel good about it regardless of any validation...

But you're scared, and will probably be too nervous.
So realistically you should probably go try and date a few other girls first, to build that confidence before you re-engage this girl that you like...
