Older Girls at work?

So i starting working at this place about 7 months ago, and i am one of the youngest people who work there. when i started, i really had no game, and introduced my self in a very shy way, at the time i was very intimidated by all the older people i was working with. Now i really dont give a shit, but i find it hard to talk to the girls i work with like i have DHV. Any tips on pushing the social boundries and improving my game?

Well, if i were you, i would not game people you work with. I speak from experience.

It's too late for me, I'm knee deep in it, but you can save yourself. I wouldn't recommend it.

I second this. Don't do it. I know you should never do it, but I still went and did it because I am essentially, an idiot.

Doesn't end well. In fact, it was a total fucking horrible nightmare for about a month.

I dated an older girl from work (Im 24 shes 31) and we had an amazing 8 months together. We split up about 2 months ago and although its far better now it waz fucking hard working with her once a week and having to talk to her. Its still hard but the first month was awfull.

Ive slept with waitress's at my work before and its been fun and not at all akward.

If your going to sleep with a waitress from work never, ever fall in love with them. Thats my advice!
