She has a boyfriend bro and always see's you as a guy that will not cross that boundary you know? That is not something that one text message is going to fix, its going to take a bit of space and time before she can see you as anything more than that at this point. Just remember that there are so many other girls at you're college that don't have boyfriends and who are probably hotter than she is.

Sounds like you guys have a good rapport bro, there could be a number of reasons that she didn't follow through. Give it a day or two and just call her up and talk. Don't mention anything about her flaking on you the other day, just act like it never happened.

Pretty solid dude, I would of just pulled out of the conversation a bit earlier and went for the number and then instantly called her to catch her in the heat of the moment. But, you did well, this girl is definitely going to be an easy one, from my experience when you add a random chick on facebook and she gives you the " do i know you" line, she is just lookin for conversation and turns out to be an easy lay.

Just reignite the conversation with something about you're joint and trip to get fastfood and then go for the number and get her on the phone asap. You have to catch girls that behave this way in the intensity of the moment and they'll be riding in you're car headed wherever you want to go.
