800 women in approx 20 years is roughly 4 women a month consistently.

that's roughly 1 woman every week for 20 years. it's not outside the realm of possibility.

Leaves no room for a meaningful relationship of any kind whatsoever. whatever that is.

Why so negative? Seriously, if you don't like what he's saying, why not just ignore him? It's obvious there's a history here, and obvious YOU can't let it go.

You're hoping to point out one thing about another poster - but sadly, the only spotlight appearing is shining on you - looking like a tool. 2. Shy and Respectability? Learn two phrases? Let's use some imagination here. Imagine that a Japanese guy has the hots for an Canadian girl and decides to learn two phrases in "Canadian" to ask her out. "You like a beer and a hockey ey?" "You like a beer and a hockey with me ey?" Then imagine the guy repeating the only two "Canadian stereotypes" over a few times.

I can only speak from my experience. I've only met a few Japanese Canadian women in my life, they all spoke excellent english. AND YES! they had a very shy demeanor. I am not stereotyping, rather going from what I observed.

A friend of mine is married to a Japanese woman and he had told me that the way he asked her out the first time was exactly what I suggested. She was a co-worker, he asked her out in Japanese, it took him a while to learn the phrases to ask her out, but it worked. And they were both smitten with the story.

So although women in Japan may not be shy and big on respectability, the one's I've met here certainly were.

So once again, thanks for your pointless contribution to this thread.

Perhaps you should start a help thread, I'd love to read your "expert" dating and seduction advice.
