great question.This may sound untrue but this maybe a way girls flirt.if she says she doesn't like to be touched prior to your introduction of the idea of actually touching her,it means she is just suggesting the idea. BUT you need a proper calibration,this might not be true sometimes. But i tried it a lot of times.
