hi, very easy to have unstoppable confident, and no more a,a or less,

go to mall, or buss before pu, just plank for 1min, then for that whole day you will not scared to approach any girl at all. good luck

Somebody recently had a similar idea. Have a friend tell you of an object that you have to act out in public. it is completely ridiculous but it just desensitizes your emotions and stops AA.
What you are suggesting, i dont think i could do it, maybe if I had a friend along side.

these are great ideas. something that I think has a similar effect is fancy dress. me and two friends turned up to an 80s themed party dressed as mexican zombies. separating myself from the rest of the crowd not only meant I had a decent conversation topic (complete with mexican accent) it meant that I was even more memorable. inception those chicas! if anyone has anymore ideas on desensitising emotions then i'd love to hear them.

I can see how that would help, generally acting silly or doing something completely out of character would be good to get you out of your head.
also planking is fucking retarded I cant see how that shit ever caught on

I was with my dance instructor and his friends on the way to somewhere for lunch. Sometimes when there's music playing in the mall he would just freestyle and get some eye contact.

This is quite useful too IMO. Gives you confidence!

I remember hearing something about getting rid of AA of mASF.. if you're having troule.. just look at your hands.. use it as a visual cue to convince yourself your in a dream and everyone is just a projection of your imagination.. You can say or do whatever you want.. just be alpha with it, not stupid

I had a Sabertooth Cougar try and pick me up at the grocery store because I was singing "LeRoy Brown" along with the muzak playing through the speakers above...

The cheesier the song the more likely you will get the girl to laugh!
