There is no magical cure in my opinion, the only way to get around your anxiety is to practice talking to as many people as you can untill it becomes an ordinary thing for you to do, it takes a long time to over come anxiety but with constant practice you will feel better about talking with girls.

best thing you can do is building self confidence..
I for example try to look as good as possible before going to a place many people are in order to feel better because of my better looks ;) :>

but self confidence is the key to your success. everyone builds it differently though
