Yeah just to re-iterate what other guys have said, hit the gym. It's incredibly hard for me to gain weight no matter how much i eat i just seem to burn it off so quickly. Hitting the Gym will improve your physique.
One thing though, it seems like it's acting as a limiting belief so you probably need to get rid of that first.

Take Heart, Here is a list of men that are your size but I am sure they do well with women:

Marc Anthony (J.Lo's ass looks like it weighs more than him but he was hitting it)
T.I. (by far the skinniest gangster rapper)
Johnny Depp
Manny Pacquiao
Urijah Faber (he's like 135)

Its more important that you have the confidence and the skill if you don't have the physique.

When I graduated high school I was 6'0" and 145lbs. I didn't have an abundance of girls but when I wanted one, I got one. Always the hot blonde type that my jock buddies would be amazed by. I was always insecure about my weight though. I hated it. I just couldn't gain weight.

There are lots of hot girls out there that love skinny guys like you and me. Just own it. Be it. Rock it and don't worry too much about what you see in the mirror. I don't know how old you are but you'll fill out as you get older. I finally started gaining weight at 27 yo. I've been steady at 185 for the last 7 years.

Do you have any ink done? I don't have any but I see lots of skinny guys with sleeves done. It adds a look of volume to the arms. Makes them appear bigger. Hey, If you can't beat it, own it.

I have been wanting sleeves but that costs a lot of money........

yep, i am an rafc, but I work on myself. it’s not a big deal to me.

you're a guy that bashes newbies! that's really low dude, and very unmanly. my reasoning is, you're 45, still an employee, divorced. you have nothing going for you. you really think you're gaining respect for yourself like this? you are proving what a looser you really are. i will no longer answer your bullshit, because obviously you try to provoke my response because in real life you are too busy licking the ass of your boss and the balls of all the people that scare you, which must be many judging by the way you treat me. i bet you'd lick my ass if we personally knew each other just to avoid me breaking your nose. you're pathetic dude. no amount of women you get (which i'm not so sure about to start with) will change that.

cheers to you!

Um... I'm self-employed, what now?

Wow.

Dude, anger management may be a better forum for you than PUA. Seriously.

i second that, i forgot to mention that your size is not what makes the crucial difference with women. don't let that get in your way! if you do it, do it for yourself. you can learn how to game women easier than becoming a pro at a martial art or really ripped.

It is better to be on the skinny side than to be a fatass. So, you're good.

BTW, hit the gym. This probably isn't the place to give workout advice, but bodybuilding dot com is a good resource. Lot's of cool people there who will help you out with your routines, diet, etc. There's even sub-forums there about dating where a lot of the guys will post pics of their GF's as sort of a contest. It's interesting to see what the guys did to hook up with them.

Going to the gym is a PITA for the first couple of weeks, but once you start going you feel better (both in mind and body) and you will not ever want to miss. Plus there are always hb's at the gym. Even if you are not some ripped up mofo with 19" biceps, it always puts out positive vibes if you are someone who works out. (Incidentally, women don't necessarily want a bodybuilder, as I have heard women say many times they prefer more of a toned look than a muscled up steroid look). And it's not hard to get there. All it takes is the right diet and a little dedication to go from a skinny little bitch to someone with some muscle tone. Some of the transformation stories on that site are inspiring.

And going to the gym automatically gives you "something in common" with the women there. So it's a lot easier to break the ice than it would be in some random coffee shop.

But if you do decide to begin working out, do it for yourself and not for women. You will have plenty of time to get women.

Just expanding on the above post.

Aviel is right that not all women like the body builders you see on bodybuilding dot com. Girls do like muscle though, so while you don't need a 6 pack and huge pecs having a decent low fat body with muscle is very attractive.

On the other hand, working out isn't for everyone. But still go to the gym or go running to keep fit. Being fit gives you confidence, a better mental state and makes you better in bed.

To be good at anything you need.

Confidence, skill, and physical attributes.

Confidence can be built.

Skill can be taught

physical attributes can be developed.

If you're skinny make sure you have confidence and you have skill. Then make sure your physical is on point. Make sure your groomed. Make sure your clothes have style.

Being skinny isn't the end of the world. I still have insecurities that pop up every now and then about how skinny I am (5'10", ~130lbs), but I've been hitting the gym for the past 4 months and am really starting to like what I see. Being muscular can help with initial attraction, but you also need a personality to go along with it.

Memorial Day my roommate and I, who are both skinny, went out on the boat with some friends. We met up with some other people, who were the more muscular type. We met the girls with them and shot the shit for a bit, and it was obvious after spending minutes with us the attraction was there. Unfortunately we were getting stares from the other guys, so we kept them an arms length away and stuck to high-fives and light flirting.

Hit the gym, be comfortable in your own body. Confidence is key, a lot of "built" guys try to hide their insecurities behind their bodies, but it shines when they open their mouths. That is why they look the way they do - they try to gain confidence by getting bigger and bigger, when instead they need to work on their inner selves.
