Hi, so I've started a job in a bar/club in town helping out doing general chores. I am not serving alcohol, at least not at the moment.

There's a girl there who also works behind the bar, but serving alcohol.
I'd say she's a HB8. My first time meeting her went ok, but I was cautious because I'm not sure how to play it. Also, she gets a fuck tonne of guys flirting with her at the bar, so she knows how to deflect most attempts.

I figured that since I'll be spending a lot of time around her, I may as well try and game her.

However, there are a few drawbacks:

-She is 3 years older than me and has a boyfriend of 3 years.

Still possible? If so, how should I go about it? Consider that I won't be able to maintain convos most of the time due to being busy and also the loud music.

Sounds like you have oneitis. You should go out and game other chicks to take your mind off of her. But you should just neg her a lot and build conspiracy since you'll be working with her a lot. Have fun in your interactions and don't over think things.

3 years isn't a problem, but the boyfriend is... I'd say you should neg her often, frame her as the pursuer, and just go from there into qualification and rapport (ad then try using boyfriend destroyers). You can also use her to trigger pre-selection in other women and sarge them.

"Hey there's this girl I just started working with, might be hard to strike up convo cause of being busy, what should I do?"

"You have one-itis, GFTOW"

But yes, overall you can afford to be very casual and cool about this. Yes you're busy but you can afford to throw in the passing comment about how the night is going, that sort of thing. Bar work can be hectic and repetitive - if you're lightening things up a bit, and succeeding, you'll win massive points. And you'll even win the attention of people at the bar. "Wow, this guy loves his job..." everyone loves positive energy. Make the odd joke.

When being around you at the bar is a positive experience, she'll WANT to meet up with you, and it will be so much easier for you to do so, or she'll even do it for you if she's that much of an alpha female.
