I was out at a club (I dont mean to brag, but I'm pretty big [decent dancer, been in a fight, brings a crowd, and I buy out the bar lol] at this particular club the boss expects me to be there every weekend), and this random dude approached me and was like my friend wants to dance with you.

His friend was a decent looking girl, so we danced. I introduced my self etc, she was digging me. But I noticed a another dude lingering around her. Anyway, we were mainly dancing and not really talking. But she told me to please say hi to her when I'm sober and on monday (we study at the same college).
So I went back to socializing with everyone else and that dude approached me and was like 'Please stay away from her...blah blah", but the dude was real nice about it, he kinda pleaded with me. And I was like "word? is she ur gf" and he was like yeah. anyway, end of the night we said goodbyes, and the dude came back and was like ' remember what I told you' .

I later found out that the dude is her ex bf and they recently broke up.

anway, I'm thinking fuck it. If I see her on monday I'll say hi and proceed from there. If I dont I'll holler at her on Facebook or something.

Thoughts?

Are you really that hard up for girls? Is this girl incredibly and overwhelmingly hot?
Is she worth any type of drama? Is she your only option? I ask you these questions because it's quite obvious she has luggage, even if she may not want to. If he is following her around to clubs, there is a great chance they don't have closure, or they are still in each others orbit. The fact that she asked you to say hello to her at school rather then continue to talk to her there, means she may also be hiding something.

In any case, these type of situations are never really worth the hassle. If you do decide to talk to her, get her to tell you in detail what the situation is with her ex. If she beats around the bush. Don't even bother. There's women everywhere dude.

From my experience women that have their ex's still around in their orbit are nothing but trouble.
