Quite frankly, women have no reason at all to even talk to a guy unless he gives them a valid reason and proves his worth. Having standards doesn't make woman a B*tch. Every individual has the right for their personal space, and PUAs are people that are breaking into it. If a woman is being overly rude, the best response is still to show chivalry. It gives a man far more value not to lower himself to the rude person's level.

LOVED IT, agree with the mindset "don't accept her crap or reward bad behavior". Also see how it is more manlier to use something like "... tell me more about how you ..." rather than what I do (making her feel weird about being bitchy through facial expression or calling her stupid in some witty way).
