hey im new to pick up and i got this book the stylelife challange and would like to do it but i was wondering does it still work if i dont do one day after the other cos some days i cant i can do it. i can do like 2-4 days a week will i still get the same results.

I've never completed that program (I picked it up fairly late), but if I understand the concepts right it's by far the most optimal if you stick to 7-days-a-week pattern.

Part of what this challenge does is building a rhythm and forcing daily involvement with your project- breaking that up and allowing for 'off days' will disrupt this.

i am on day six but i don't do 7 day a week.. but i thing the principle is the same. the mission will improve you anyway..
