Approaching a girl that has been drinking is rape? Where is that?
Committing to a sexual act with a girl that is obviously too drunk or passed out. That's actually in a lot of countries, including at least certain states in USA.

Passed out I can understand the definition of too drunk could be a blurry subject if she is constantly vommiting then its not so blurry though I would count that as passed out.

I was more taking the piss out of approaching though fyi.

But honestly, does anyone here actually approach a drunken girl trying to get to make out with her (or more) and then brag about that? Not a merit, and not something a real man does.

Only reason I've ever approached a drunken girl was to call her a taxi and pay the driver to take her home safely.

That's a risk, too... But better than leaving her by herself.
