LBot said exactly what I was thinking but just to reiterate:
As soon as the thought enters your mind, "wow that hb is hot, I want her." You are about to fuck up because now you are outcome dependent. You are focusing on what you want the outcome to be and stressing about it. I'm not saying "don't want her", I'm saying "don't focus on wanting her." I'm totally guilty of this too, I'm not pointing fingers.
We need to portray all women the same in our minds. No woman is any better than any other. We need to see the fuckable girls in exactly the same way as the non-fuckable girls. If you don't give a shit about an hb5, then you shouldn't give a shit about an hb9.
This is also hard for me but I'm working on it.
Nailed it. This has happened so many times with me as well it's crazy. I read some advice on this but as usual, can't remember the source, that said to pick a flaw, even if it's a small one like a piece of lint or a small mark on her face i.e. Cindy Crawford's mole and blow it up in your mind to the point that in that moment she's an HB5 because of it. I think this was a Strauss tactic, I'm not positive.
