Hi guys I'm an absolute beginner at this, been reading up on some material recently but have just started going to clubs and such and mostly my opener is just "Hey, I think you're cute, I'm ..."

Anw met this girl last Wednesday while clubbing and used the above opener haha. Chatted to her for around 15mins, I didn't do anything sexual just examined her jewelry and stuff - she was leaning in, looking down and smiling. Found out she worked as a waitress at a bistro and got her number then, she said maybe I could go visit her while I was taking down her number.

So the next day (Thursday), I texted her a little, and was teasing her about her drinking during her job (she said she works the night shift). Then I resumed texting her on Friday, when I think I went overboard with the teasing, or maybe I was too forward or something...

I said, "Weren't you trying to get me drunk last wed "

Her - Hey, I didn't even offer u anything to drink.

Me- r u sure u rmbed correctly? Don't worry your secret's safe with me

Her - Lol. Seriously. Are you sure you remembered the right person? -.-

Me - Woah why are you doubting me.. Vivienne westwood necklace right? ( in reference to the jewelry she was wearing)

No reply from her, so I waited til late in the next day to text her this
" Hey night shifter r u still deep in work... Just got a job and the late shift's really killer "

Still no reply from her.

So my question is, is this situation salvageable? If so, how do I salvage it? Thanks in advance for any help My goal is to ask her out

It should be easy enough to keep it going, I wouldn't spend too much time on it though, move on if no reply to your next text.

Since you already feel like it's fizzing out maybe just be upfront and say you want to take her out on her night off and that you are happy to move on if she is not interested. In your own words though maybe make it a bit less ultimatumish than that.
