Now if you rephrased that to. "I don't know what to say to women" Welcome to the club. None of us know what to say, we improvise and practice. After a while it starts flowing natural because you stop worrying.

listen man we all started somewhere you are right but don't say this is who i am and i will never change. that mentality will never get you anywhere.
you have social anxiety which is a major problem I get it. it takes years to stack it but it is time to make yourself a better man.
it is 99.999999% guaranteed that you won't get a girl if you don't TALK and SOCIALIZE. start with a simple hello to a random person (not necessarily a girl). what is the worst that could happen? you will have an awkward 5 minutes conversation then go home

I tried such things in the past. I tried so hard, but every 'hi' was so hard to say, so stressful. And every time i felt so bad, like im lying and pretending someone who i am not. Ive never managed to say more than hi and sometimes one question.

Well it's a start. A lot more probably enters you're head without realising. For example you may notice she has a football team shirt on but you won't actually pay attention to it. Pay attention to your surroundings and something like that could give a good conversation topic.

The majority of the time, hot girls want a social guy they can show their friends off to. Doesn't have to be super talkative but must have a banter/conversation about him. So if you want the hotties, you better break out of it. I was like you, didn't talk much and I thought "that's me obviously I don't like it". But that's the lack of confidence speaking, once you build your confidence you will talk a lot more.
