I prefer Mystery Method. It's much more challenging, but much more rewarding in my opinion.

i think the most important thing to remember is that everything is situational to what she says, how her friends react, the SPAM, if anything you should read and study up on any method out there, be it double your dating, MM, Mode one, anything... The point is to better understand the push and pull of the conversation, to direct it how you want it and to make her attracted to you.

In football every team has its own offensive system, even though many teams might use similar plays. You might invest your self in the double your dating system because you feel comfortable with it, but that doesn't mean you can't steal plays from the Mystery play book.

I started in the game not to long ago and this has always been a tough call for me. It's hard for me not to let my personal feelings for each individual get the way of choosing the better system. Personally I think Mystery is a bit of a douche bag, and his narcisism really bothers me. On the other hand I think David D's material is considerably more simplified, and is more applicable for the general population. In my limited opinion I think not everyone is capable of finding an acceptable level of congruence if they use Mystery's Method and decide to peacock. How many times have we heard of someone just not fitting the part? David D would be a better starting point for an AFC.

well i've read mystery method and double your dating, and basically they are the same thing. They both tell you to approach a girl, neg or be arrogant, then be funny or IOI.... when u look at the they are the same thing, if anything mystery's method is just alot more in depth, DYD the entire book was like well read this chapter is some other book to understand this, or read this book, he never told you anything different than mystery's except other books to read. The most important thing i got out of the DYD is the internal game, the first half of the book was really incitefull for that, where as for the technical ins and outs of talking to a girl and building her attraction the MM was much better

That's why I say the basics come from the MM. The basics mean the attraction switches. You don't have to peacock. Some guys and girls are more suited to overtly peacocking than others. But, we can ALL benefit from the basics. The core attraction switches. That stuff just does not change.

Yes, the systems share a lot of info, such as the evolutionary perspective of how this all came about. How the switches were hardwired and all that. Whether your personal beliefs align with that or not is irrelevant for the subject matter.

What does matter, is that you understand what the switches actually ARE and how to TRIGGER them. Don't get bogged down with all the other stuff.

L.A. Tripp I personally feel David D should be the foundation, then MM on top of THAT. Inner game is more important.

Once you have that down you can put MM techniques to use more frequently, and with much higher confidence and a better outlook on all situations.

A lot of threads are being revisited that are old because of changes Brad has made to the forum.

An issue may have been done to death by the older members, but newer members that weren't around back then are now putting their input in.

So, we older members just need to let the newer members speak.

And, believe it or not, old school still has it's place. Just as Desire saw when he watched Mystery and Style live in the field.

Yeah, Style and Mystery used tons of openers that were published in the game and still got the hottest girls in the place they were at in Vegas. Old school is not that old.

Personally though, I like where these guys got their methods from, so I just like reading what they read, then I read what they wrote.
