She's been busy with school (finals) so I decided to give it a little time before I planned anything with her as not to be a distraction, plus she'd be left very little time anyway with work and school.
Anyway, I recently found out that she's been seeing someone else from work (who I get along with quite well). From what I can tell their relationship is in the very early stages and am still uncertain how serious or exclusive.
I've never been in this situation before since the girls I usually target are very single, as I'm not looking to just hook up with someone. I prefer a long term relationship or at least some form of commitment. She's young (19 yrs) so that may also play a part in it as well.
Anyhoo. What does it mean when a girl is seeing someone else, and still says yes when you ask her out? I mean she could have very easily said sorry, that she was seeing somebody else, but she didn't.
Does this mean she sees me as a candidate? That I am at least on the level of guy A. or better (otherwise her decision would have been a no-brainer right)?
And how to play it? Not sure I like the situation, but I like the girl.
C'mon guys set me straight!

If she wants to see you, see her, do your best, see how it goes. Just consider whether it's worth the potential drama that could arise from a workplace love triangle.
