I would say, be friendly w/o getting into the friend zone. Since she is your roommate, you can't game easily here. It will take a heck long time to actually game her, given how receptive she is to your approach.

But I had this experience before withe another hb . But she was a hb 7 , wasn't a great experience but I didn't need to have any game .
I get the same signal from this girl .The good thing about her is that she just moved to this town and doesn't know anybody.The big problem is I have other roommates who are not my rival but potential cock blockers.
