My life has been hell the past year. I've posted before, but I lost everything last year (job, house, gf, vehicle...everything) I have some legal/court issues to face which I am too ashamed to mention here. I guess my guilt, drop in confidence and remorse from the situation is still dragging along with me until I get back on my feet as a MAN again. Granted, women should be the least of my worries, but I find comfort having a gf or even a girl to talk to etc.

Yea I will say I am a afc. You have to be happy with yourself first, which I am getting there slowly. Ive obtained a new job, slowly saving money for a new car, and living with some relatives at the moment. I find myself on POF everynight trying too hard to just get a message/response....nothing happens. Anyway...I could bitch but thats not the solution.

I came to the conclusion that I need to work on myself A LOT more and not be so desperate trying to get female companionship (in any form) I order THe Game last night. I hope it's a step up from where my mind is right now.

The book will motivate you, sure. The best solution though is finding people that really know their stuff with women - and befriending them.

Hang out with those guys for even just a month or two and you will notice huge improvements in yourself without having to read any ridiculous theory.

The Game is good to demonstrate that picking up women is not what most people think it is and it is also a good motivator. That being said, do not try and adopt many "skills" from The Game, natural game is the way to go.

I agree with the above poster, find people good with women and learn with them. In the down time, don't bother reading too many books/products, watch some youtube of infield sarging instead.
