Once again a neg makes a girl feel uncomfortable and attracts her by making her want to validate herself with your affection.

There are many ways to neg. One I've done before is using few words in texts and taking a while to respond to text. The lack of attention makes her feel insecure.

However, My favorite approach is to talk trash directly to the girl. Sometimes they go along sometimes they hate me. Ima jerk...i know lol


In the game the pua's describe negging as a backhanded compliment. the slight is not obvious and is not direct. Its like being a smooth asshole, you're making her feel insecure but it is not obvious so she does not dislike you for it. Its kinda like a politician with an ulterior motive. You make the neg appearing like your just being funny when you're really just trying to knock her down so she will validate herself to you....

The problem with the negging is being discipline with it. I imagine many of us weren't raised to be assholes so there is a certain hesistancy from saying something that could get you disliked.
